My food philosophy is simple: stellar ingredients make delicious food. I love classic vinaigrettes, fresh herbs, and the way a squeeze of lemon brightens a dish. I believe good fats are essential to our wellbeing, that the best tomatoes come straight off the vine at the peak of summer and that salted chocolate chip cookies make just about any day better. I think the way we raise our animals and grow our fruit translates directly to the plate, and I seek to make food that highlights the hard work done by the farmers who feed us. Every meal is an occasion to celebrate the simple joys of life.
